Built on a narrow sheltered site the O’Briens house is a two story construction anchored to a split level concrete slab.
The house is clad in charcoal stained vertical cedar with expansive kwila decking.
The upstairs deck is covered with an internal gutter that forms a weather proof eve on the bottom story.
